The 4 stars Hotel Grunwald welcomes its customers since 1972. It is owned by the Gilmozzi family and it has been managed for two generations with lots of experiences in the hotel and catering sectors. Today the family manages three hotels in Cavalese: The Grunwald, the 3 stars Hotel Excelsior, the 3 stars Cermis Eurotel and the famous El Molin restaurant.
It took years and generations to create the services that the Gilmozzi Family offers you, and they always continue to look for new goals to serve the its customers wanting to spend their holidays in Val di Fiemme.
Grunwald Hotel offers a warm and hospitable environement. From the entrance to the halls you will be surrounded by old and typical memories of the Trentino region. The local antique furniture, the warm colors furnishings, will welcome you instantly. Find the feeling and emotion of a relaxing and quiet holiday, where you can chat in the company of your family and friends.
The common areas are: the bar, the TV and reading room where you can spend evenings with friends or family; the children's club room, where your children can play with the supervision of a nanny. In the "wellness" area of our hotel there are a sauna, a turkish bath and indoor pool.

Val di Fiemme is known for hosting several world championships. It includes 12 ski resorts. The Val di Fiemme-Obereggen ski pass gives access to 5 ski resorts, one of which - the Latemar Ski Centre - is the most famous and largest resort for downhill skiing. Val di Fiemme also has 150 km of cross country skiing trails and several ski jumps. It also boasts modern ski lifts and artificial snow systems. There are also 120 qualified instructors and numerous ski bus.
Cavalese is a typical town for winter holidays.
It is also known for the many activities available for its guests: many ski slopes with different degrees of difficulty, an extensive network of cross country ski trails.
