Das Zimmer 316 hatte einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf die Berge und die Burg von Arco, sogar morgens vom Bett aus beim Aufwachen!!!! Aufgrund der vielen schlechten Bewertungen bzgl. des Personals waren wir sehr gespannt und wurden aber mehr als angenehm überrascht. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und half bei Problemen sofort weiter. Gut das Frühstück war typisch italienisch, aber das gehört halt auch dazu. Lange Rede kurzer Sinn, wir kommen wieder!!!!

Frühstücksqualität: das Billigste vom Billigen, Kaffee und Tee waren sehr schlecht, habe in billigheren Hotels wesentlich besseres Frühstück erhalten. Dafür gibt es mehrere Minuspunkte obwohl ich sonst mit dem Hotel zufrieden ware.
